Here at Rhema church Scotland, we are looking forward with great anticipation to our International Celebration Night 2018.
This annual event is being held this year on Sunday 09th September 2018, at 5pm in our Edinburgh branch.
The International Celebration is something we greatly enjoy as a church and ministry as it is an opportunity for us to share our cultures and traditions as an international and multicultural church and to celebrate our love and compassion for our brothers and sisters in Christ from throughout the world.
The evening is all about celebrating Christ no matter our colour, creed or tongue. We may be from different nations, but we are all equal in the eyes of God. This celebration night is an ideal opportunity for us to come together in unity, celebrate our King and to welcome all, allowing those who may not know Christ, to feel His love and grace through our reaching out the hand of friendship.
With colourful traditional clothing, many national foods from the nations represented, lively and energetic praise, dancing and much socialising and chatter, this evening is one not to be missed.
Our guest speaker for this year’s celebration will be Pastor Stephen Sumrall and his wife Diane from the USA. Pastor Stephen has been in ministry for more than 40 years and has travelled and ministered to 47 nations around the world. He has taken relief to the hungry and hurting in over 60 nations and has met with many heads of state. The vision Pastor Stephen and Diane share is to minister with compassion, the truth of God's Word and the love of Jesus Christ, to all.
An evening sure to be full of fun and fellowship, with the opportunity of making new friends from other lands, we invite you to join with us to rejoice and sing at our ‘International Celebration 2018’. See you there!
